Important Notice

This website is an independent visitor guide. Tour links go to GetYourGuide, where any booking is made. Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you book through one of them we may earn a commission, and the price you pay is the same. We help you choose a tour, but we do not sell or operate any tour ourselves, and we do not sell island entry. Every tour is run by an independent local operator, and the operator’s name appears on each listing.

By following a booking link you leave this site; the booking is made with GetYourGuide under its terms and the operator’s.

Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are processed and fulfilled by GetYourGuide and by the tour operator.
  • By completing a booking, you agree to GetYourGuide’s terms and the operator’s policies: GetYourGuide General Terms and Conditions.
  • Booking confirmations and vouchers are issued by GetYourGuide.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are set by the platform and the operator and are shown on each listing before you pay.

To cancel or modify a booking: contact GetYourGuide, using the details in your booking confirmation email.

Prices Shown on This Site

Prices, ratings and review counts on this site are copied from the listings, with the month they were checked next to them. Operators change prices by season and by date. The price you pay is the one the platform shows at checkout. Charges paid on the day, such as the Pig Island entrance fee that some listings leave out of their price, are not set by this site and can change; where a listing states one, this site prints it as that listing states it, with the month it was checked.

Tour Operator Responsibility

  • The tour operator (not this website) is solely responsible for:

    • Running the tour safely and as described
    • The guides, crews, boats, vans, transfers and any snorkelling equipment provided
    • Weather, sea and route decisions, cancellations and changes
    • Passenger safety and insurance
    • Handling complaints or problems during the tour

  • In bad weather or rough seas, road disruptions, or for safety reasons, the operator may cancel, reschedule or change a tour, or shorten it or change its route or stops on the day. Refund or new-date options follow the terms shown on the listing you booked.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • This website is a visitor guide that refers you to GetYourGuide. We are not liable for:

    • Tour quality, safety, or the accuracy of descriptions
    • Personal injury, loss, or damage during a tour
    • Cancellations, delays, or changes made by operators
    • Disputes between customers and operators

  • Pig Island trips take place outdoors and on the water: road transfers, sea crossings by speedboat, longtail boat, catamaran or jet ski, swimming and snorkelling in the sea, and time on beaches shared with animals, in heat, sun, wind, rain and spray, on moving decks and uneven or slippery ground. Jet ski tours put you at the controls of a powered craft. Everyone takes part at their own risk and must follow the guide’s and the crew’s safety instructions, and any rules set on the islands.

  • The operator’s own liability terms apply as stated in its booking conditions.

Intellectual Property

Tour titles, descriptions, images and prices come from GetYourGuide and the tour operators. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
